Business Development Executive

About the role

GetPayIn is seeking a full‑time Business Development Executive to join its fast‑growing fintech team in New Cairo. You will be responsible for generating new business, nurturing leads, and guiding prospects through the sales cycle while ensuring a seamless client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and pursue new business opportunities across target industries.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through outbound calls, emails and meetings.
• Present GetPayIn’s digital payment and business management solutions to prospective clients, tailoring proposals to their specific needs.
• Manage and grow assigned accounts, tracking key performance metrics in CRM tools.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the lifecycle, overseeing onboarding, adoption and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and drive product adoption.
• Contribute to sales planning, forecasting, market research and feedback loops for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, sales or account management, preferably in SaaS or fintech.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer‑centric mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.
• Results‑driven attitude with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM tools for pipeline and account management.
