Business Development Executive

About the role

The Business Development Executive will drive category growth and customer satisfaction for noon’s e‑commerce platform in Egypt. Working closely with the Category Manager, you will optimise assortment, manage partnerships and ensure a best‑in‑class shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, negotiate and onboard new partners and sellers that enhance the category offering.
• Manage existing partnerships, addressing listing gaps, price disparities and inventory health to achieve month‑on‑month growth.
• Plan and monitor inventory to keep top products and brands continuously available.
• Develop alternative revenue streams through brand marketing, digital campaigns and co‑marketing initiatives.
• Maintain compelling assortment, strong site merchandising and high‑quality product detail pages.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Up to one year of relevant experience in business development or category management.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset with proven quantitative and problem‑solving skills.
