Business Development Executive

About the role

DISTY 360, a regional distributor of engineering and construction software, is expanding its commercial team across the Middle East and Africa. We are looking for proactive Business Development Executives to generate new opportunities and support growth for our portfolio of software vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities in assigned markets.
• Generate leads through outbound prospecting, LinkedIn, email campaigns and cold calling.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and schedule customer meetings, demos and discovery sessions.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure data quality.
• Coordinate with technical teams for product demonstrations and evaluations.
• Support vendor‑specific sales initiatives and commercial campaigns.
• Conduct market research to uncover new customers and business opportunities.
• Prepare regular pipeline updates and activity reports.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Inside Sales or Account Management.
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship‑building skills.
• Strong organization, ownership and follow‑up discipline.
• Fluent English (written and spoken); French is a strong advantage.
• Experience in software, technology, engineering, architecture or construction is a plus.
• Based in New Cairo or nearby areas.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM systems (Zoho CRM is a plus).
• Comfortable using AI productivity tools.
