About the role
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Alexandria. You will be responsible for driving sales of our marketing services, building strong client relationships, and achieving monthly revenue targets.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Reach out to potential clients through calls, meetings, and networking.
- Present ARC's marketing services professionally and recommend suitable solutions.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and follow up leads until closing.
- Build and maintain long‑term client relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Update CRM and sales reports regularly.
Required profile
- 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Experience in a marketing agency is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Good English proficiency.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
