Business Development Executive – Localization Experience

About the role

Future Group Language Solutions is seeking a Business Development Executive with a focus on localization to expand its client base across target markets. You will play a key part in helping businesses overcome language barriers and grow internationally.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in the localization sector.
• Conduct market research to pinpoint prospective clients and emerging trends.
• Execute outbound outreach via calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking events, and meetings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Understand client needs and recommend appropriate translation, localization, and language solutions.
• Arrange and lead client meetings, delivering compelling presentations.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closing.
• Handle objections and negotiate commercial terms effectively.
• Maintain accurate sales activity records in the CRM system.
• Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Track progress against sales targets and produce regular reports.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, account management, or project management.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Required skills

• Experience with AI tools.
• Proficiency in using sales CRM systems.
