Business Development Leader – Micromobility (Electric 2W/3W)

About the role

Stellantis is expanding its micromobility ecosystem and is looking for experienced Business Development Leaders to drive growth of electric two‑ and three‑wheel solutions across emerging urban markets. The role will focus on commercial and operational development, partnership building and go‑to‑market execution for new micromobility services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and scale Stellantis’ micromobility initiatives, concentrating on electric 2‑ and 3‑wheel mobility solutions and innovative urban transport models.
• Identify and evaluate new market opportunities within the micromobility ecosystem to support expansion in emerging cities.
• Contribute to go‑to‑market strategies, product positioning, market entry plans and partnership development for electric 2W/3W offerings.
• Build and manage strategic partnerships with mobility startups, technology providers, distributors, fleet operators and urban mobility platforms.
• Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape and regulatory changes to inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing and regional commercial teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Support the launch and scaling of new micromobility solutions, ensuring operational readiness and commercial viability.
• Develop business cases and growth plans for new micromobility initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in electric two‑wheel or three‑wheel ecosystems.
• Strong background in business development, partnership management and market expansion.
• Ability to work across multiple emerging markets (e.g., Türkiye, South Africa, Morocco, Egypt, Kenya, Nigeria).
• Strategic mindset with a focus on sustainable and scalable growth.
