Business Development Manager – Construction Experience Required

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with deep knowledge of the Egyptian construction market to drive new business opportunities for Delta Contracting Company, part of the 2M PLAST Group.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and secure new construction business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, consultants, contractors, PMCs, and project owners.
• Manage tenders, RFQs, and project acquisition activities from lead generation to contract award.
• Coordinate with technical, estimation, and procurement teams during proposal preparation.
• Lead commercial negotiations and support contract finalization.
• Achieve assigned revenue and business growth targets.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and project opportunities.

Required profile

• 7–10 years of experience in Business Development, Commercial Sales, or Project Acquisition within construction and contracting companies.
• Proven experience in lead generation and securing new construction projects.
• Strong network within the Egyptian construction and real‑estate market.
• Good understanding of tenders, RFQs, BOQs, contracts, and commercial negotiations.
• Experience with commercial, administrative, industrial, hospitality, infrastructure, and mixed‑use projects.
• Strong communication, networking, negotiation, and closing skills.
