Business Development Manager – Construction & MEP

About the role

Delta Contracting Company is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth and secure new construction and MEP projects across Egypt. The role focuses on generating qualified leads, building relationships with key market players, and managing the full tender process from inception to contract award.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities and generate leads for construction and MEP projects.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with developers, consultants, contractors, and project management consultants (PMCs).
• Manage tendering activities, including RFQs, BOQs, and proposal preparation.
• Coordinate with Technical Office, Estimation, and Procurement teams during bid development.
• Lead commercial negotiations and support final contract signing.
• Achieve assigned revenue and business growth targets.

Required profile

• 7–10 years of experience in business development, commercial sales, or project acquisition within construction, general contracting, or MEP contracting.
• Proven track record of winning construction projects and meeting growth targets.
• Extensive network in the Egyptian construction market, including developers, consultants, contractors, and PMCs.
• Experience with industrial, commercial, administrative, hospitality, and infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of tenders, RFQs, BOQs, contracts, and commercial negotiations.
