About the role
CRIF Egypt is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead new‑client acquisition across the Egyptian market. The role is based in the Egypt office and focuses on building a sustainable portfolio of banks, financial institutions, government entities and corporates.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective B2B clients in the banking, finance and public sectors.
- Achieve assigned sales targets by generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.
- Plan and execute autonomous sales activities, including customer meetings and presentations.
- Maintain and deepen relationships with onboarded clients, ensuring a high level of customer experience.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3 to 5 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in Egypt.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities in both Arabic and English.
- Self‑driven, innovative and enthusiastic with good planning and organization skills.
Required skills
- Excellent sales and negotiation capabilities.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Networking and data‑building proficiency.
