About the role
We are looking for a results‑driven Business Development Manager who thrives on closing deals and growing revenue within an assigned territory. You will lead sales tours, pitch our full suite of services, and build lasting relationships with business clients and brokers.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver daily sales tours and presentations to prospective customers.
- Close deals consistently to meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets.
- Structure your time efficiently to focus on high‑impact revenue activities.
- Sell the complete range of IWG’s value‑added services and products.
- Develop and nurture relationships with business clients, brokers, and partners.
- Organise and participate in promotional and networking events to drive sales.
Required profile
- Natural networker with a proven ability to build strong customer relationships.
- Passionate about consultative selling and delivering solutions.
- Strong communicator with fluent English.
- Team‑player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
- Self‑motivated and results‑oriented, with a relentless drive to achieve targets.
