Business Development Manager

About the role

Cord Digital is seeking a full‑time Business Development Manager to drive growth across its marketing and advertising services. The role focuses on identifying new opportunities, building client relationships and delivering tailored proposals that align with the company’s global expansion strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Develop proposals, presentations and tailored campaign solutions.
• Conduct market research and analyse client needs to shape service offerings.
• Manage the sales pipeline, negotiate contracts and track performance metrics.
• Coordinate closely with marketing, operations and development teams to ensure delivery of high‑quality services.

Required profile

• Strong business development and sales background with proven lead generation and deal‑negotiation abilities.
• Experience in marketing, advertising or digital marketing environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management or a related field.
• Ability to work on‑site in Agouza – Giza and manage multiple projects.
• Prior experience in a similar role is strongly preferred.
