Business Development Manager – Real Estate

About the role

We are seeking a highly driven Business Development Manager to lead the identification, development, and management of strategic partnerships that support long‑term growth in the luxury real‑estate sector. This role is central to our commercial expansion strategy, focusing on building strong relationships with developers, brokerage agencies, and other real‑estate stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development plans aligned with quarterly and annual growth objectives.
• Identify, evaluate, and establish partnerships with key real‑estate developers and brokerage agencies.
• Secure exclusive listings and strategic collaborations to expand business volume.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with industry stakeholders.
• Lead negotiations for large‑scale partnership agreements and convert opportunities into revenue‑generating collaborations.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities, providing insights for commercial decision‑making.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Experience teams to ensure effective partner onboarding and ongoing success.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Relationship Management.
• Strong experience in the real‑estate sector, preferably with a proven track record in the Saudi market.
• Established network within the Saudi real‑estate industry.
