Business Development Manager – Real Estate Partnerships

About the role

Dwelleo is seeking a highly driven Business Development Manager to lead the identification, development, and management of strategic partnerships that support long‑term growth in the real‑estate sector. You will play a key part in expanding our commercial footprint by building strong relationships with developers, brokerage agencies, and other industry stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development plans aligned with quarterly and annual growth objectives.
• Define KPIs, forecast opportunities, and support budgeting and planning activities.
• Identify, evaluate, and establish partnerships with key real‑estate developers and brokerage agencies.
• Secure exclusive listings and strategic collaborations to expand business volume.
• Lead negotiations for large‑scale partnership agreements and convert opportunities into revenue‑generating collaborations.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities, providing insights for commercial decision‑making.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Experience teams to ensure effective partner onboarding and ongoing success.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Relationship Management.
• Strong experience in the real‑estate sector, preferably within the Saudi market.
• Established network and proven track record in the Saudi real‑estate industry.
