Business Development & Partnerships Specialist

About the role

Ana Elmasry is a mission‑driven non‑profit in Egypt focused on education, community development and empowerment. We are seeking a Business Development & Partnerships Specialist to lead partnership building and fundraising activities that expand our impact and strengthen our network of supporters.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and secure strategic partnerships with corporations, NGOs, foundations and community organisations.
• Represent Ana Elmasry at networking events, conferences and stakeholder meetings.
• Research and identify relevant grant and funding opportunities.
• Lead the preparation, writing and submission of grant proposals and funding applications.
• Maintain ongoing communication with donors and funding partners, ensuring compliance and timely reporting.
• Develop and execute business development strategies to diversify funding streams.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership opportunities with organisational priorities.
• Monitor and evaluate partnership performance to maximise impact and sustainability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Development Studies, International Relations or related field (Master’s a plus).
• Minimum five years of experience in business development, fundraising or partnership management within NGOs, development sector or corporate ESG programmes.
• Proven success in grant writing and securing funding.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
