Business Development Representative – Remote (Healthcare RCM)

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join a leading healthcare revenue cycle management organization. The role is fully remote and focuses on generating qualified pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification, engaging finance executives in hospitals and health systems.

Key responsibilities

• Execute targeted outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn and phone to engage executive‑level decision‑makers.
• Build relationships with prospective healthcare organizations through personalized, consultative outreach.
• Qualify inbound leads, assess fit and schedule discovery meetings for Account Executives.
• Schedule and coordinate discovery calls, product demos and Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Maintain accurate activity tracking, notes and opportunity records in Salesforce and use SalesLoft (or similar) for outreach.
• Provide feedback to improve outbound messaging, workflows and SDR best practices.

Required profile

• 2–5+ years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development or outbound prospecting.
• Proven success selling into healthcare, health‑tech, revenue cycle management or other complex B2B environments.
• Strong consultative selling and relationship‑building abilities.
