Business Development Representative – Tech SaaS (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to build a robust pipeline for our technology‑driven SaaS solutions. The role is fully remote and focuses on both B2B and B2C prospecting, engaging technical and business stakeholders across US time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Execute outbound prospecting campaigns targeting technology‑focused organizations.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads through structured discovery conversations.
• Communicate product and solution value clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Engage decision‑makers and influencers across multiple roles to schedule high‑quality meetings for Account Executives.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on targeting and messaging.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Experience in B2B and B2C sales within technology, SaaS, or digital services environments.
• Prior remote work experience with fluency in collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, etc.
• Experience working with US‑ or UK‑based companies.
• Proven ability to prospect, qualify, and advance sales conversations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
