About the role
Nawy Partners is seeking a proactive Business Development Specialist to drive growth through strategic partnerships and client relationship management. The role focuses on expanding the company’s business line in a dynamic market.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and build strategic partnerships to expand Nawy Partners' business line, actively participating in networking opportunities.
- Cultivate and nurture long‑term relationships with key clients, enhancing client experience and trust.
- Lead negotiations and finalize business deals that align with growth objectives, ensuring sustainable revenue.
- Conduct market research to spot industry trends, emerging opportunities, and competitive activity, providing actionable insights.
- Advise on and evaluate potential joint ventures, mergers, acquisitions, and other growth opportunities.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Experience in B2B sales, e‑commerce, or the real‑estate industry is highly preferred; real‑estate experience is a plus.
- Proven stakeholder management ability with strong communication skills.
- Expertise in negotiation and influencing to close deals and build partnerships.
