About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Specialist to generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for our sales team. The role is primarily remote, based in Egypt, with occasional in‑person meetings or training sessions.

Key responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients to arrange sales appointments.
  • Identify, qualify, and match leads with appropriate company services.
  • Follow up with leads to ensure timely appointments and maintain ongoing communication.
  • Document all interactions and appointments accurately in the CRM system.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly appointment‑setting targets.
  • Work Monday to Friday during US time zones (4 pm – 1 am).

Required profile

  • Fluent English (C1/C2 level) is mandatory.
  • Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting is highly preferred.
  • Ability to work independently from home and manage time effectively.
  • Flexibility to adjust to business hours across different time zones if needed.
  • Must be located in Egypt.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with CRM software.

What we offer

  • Base salary starting at 20 K (net) plus KPI bonuses and commission structure.
