Business Development Specialist (Remote, Egypt)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Specialist to join our team remotely from Egypt. You will be responsible for generating qualified leads and scheduling appointments for our sales team, ensuring a steady pipeline of prospects.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to arrange sales appointments.
• Identify, qualify, and match leads with appropriate company services.
• Follow up with leads to confirm appointments and maintain ongoing communication.
• Accurately record all interactions and appointments in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly appointment‑setting targets.
• Participate in occasional in‑person meetings or training sessions.

Required profile

• Fluent English (C1/C2 level) – mandatory.
• Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting.
• Ability to work independently from home and manage time effectively.
• Located in Egypt and able to work US time‑zone hours (4 pm – 1 am).

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Comfortable using email and other digital communication tools.

What we offer

• Base salary between 25 k–30 k (depending on experience).
• Performance‑based bonus up to 20 k, highly achievable.
• Remote work with occasional onsite meetings.
