Business Excellence & Engagement Coordinator

About the role

The Business Excellence & Engagement Coordinator will support Axios International’s regional operations by managing stakeholder relationships, overseeing program administration, and ensuring timely delivery of medical products to patients. This role combines field interaction with office‑based coordination, acting as the primary liaison between hospitals, physicians, patients, and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain consistent communication with hospitals, healthcare providers, distributors, patients, and charitable organisations.
• Represent Axios in meetings with physicians, patients and external stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding of the company’s scope of work.
• Coordinate patient referrals, monitor logistics, and guarantee rapid delivery of medications.
• Prepare monthly monitoring reports and quarterly quality‑assurance reports, tracking patient data in real time.
• Develop and review medical education materials, conference presentations, and other compliance‑checked documentation.
• Liaise with regional and HQ teams, and support business‑development proposals and new product launches.
• Conduct pharmacovigilance activities, report adverse events, and complete required training.
• Perform general administrative duties and manage electronic program files using the Patient Management System.
