Business Intelligence Analyst

About the role

The Business Intelligence Analyst will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, operations, and technical teams, designing and optimizing reporting solutions. Using Microsoft SQL and Power BI, you will turn complex data requirements into actionable dashboards that support strategic decision‑making and continuous operational improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers and business leaders to translate operational needs into technical specifications and data‑mart designs.
• Design, build and maintain automated reporting pipelines, Power BI dashboards and data models for multi‑dimensional insights.
• Maintain a ≥90 % SLA resolution rate on data support tickets while ensuring data accuracy and change‑control compliance.
• Participate in Lean/DMAIC sessions and agile workgroups to improve query performance and data flow architecture.
• Monitor trends, alert stakeholders to KPI variances and recommend proactive operational adjustments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Data Analytics, Engineering or related field (completed or in progress).
• Minimum 6 months experience in a contact‑center/BPO environment, preferably with workforce‑management exposure.
• At least 6 months hands‑on experience developing Power BI reports and writing DAX.
• At least 6 months experience with SQL databases such as MS SQL Server, MySQL or Oracle.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong English communication skills.
