Business Intelligence Developer

About the role

Teleperformance is seeking a Business Intelligence Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable data solutions. You will work with Microsoft SQL, Python, and Power BI to turn business requirements into actionable insights that support decision‑making across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes, stored procedures, and database objects for reporting and analysis.
• Build and manage data models (star/snowflake, OLAP) and ensure data integrity and performance across platforms.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver automated BI solutions using SQL and Power BI.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications for data‑warehouse design and reporting automation.
• Monitor, optimize, and automate data pipelines and reporting cycles.
• Maintain ticketing systems, meet SLA targets, and support continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Participate in agile teams, cross‑functional meetings, and change‑management activities.
• Promote BI adoption, share knowledge, and mentor team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or in progress) in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in database analysis, reporting, and BI development, preferably in a call‑center or workforce‑management environment.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server (2016+), SQL Server Data Tools, query optimization and indexing.
• Solid understanding of data architecture, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and NoSQL databases.
