Business / Process Analyst - Associate (German Speaker)

About the role

PwC is hiring an Associate Business / Process Analyst in its Advisory line of service, based in Cairo (ETIC). The role sits within the data and analytics team, which uses advanced analytics to help clients optimise operations and achieve strategic goals. You will focus on process mining and process improvement, turning data and analytics into strategic insights and actionable recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end process improvement and mining initiatives, from scoping and data preparation through analysis, value quantification and solution design.
• Build and interpret process mining dashboards and uncover improvement opportunities in operational, financial and cross-functional processes.
• Support process reorganisation and redesign, translating insights into optimised target processes and sustainable operating models.
• Leverage AI-powered capabilities to help clients accelerate their enterprise transformation.
• Facilitate client workshops, process assessments and root-cause analyses, and turn findings into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements and monitor realised value.
• Help clients establish a scalable, data-driven process excellence approach and embed continuous improvement.

Required profile

• First experience in process mining, process consulting, business transformation or similar data-driven improvement fields.
• Strong expertise in at least one end-to-end process such as Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay or Record-to-Report; broader knowledge of other E2E processes is ideal.
• Fluency in German and English (both required).
• Ability to work with Microsoft Office and Power Automate (a plus).
• Structured, proactive and impact-oriented working style.

Required skills

• Experience with SAP Signavio, Celonis or comparable process mining tools.
• Solid analytical skills; familiarity with SQL or scripting in Python.
• Nice to have: exposure to AI-driven process optimisation, knowledge of BPMN or KPI frameworks, and experience in cross-functional or international teams.
