Butler Valet

About the role

The Butler Valet provides personalized, high‑touch service to guests at a luxury hotel in Cairo. You will anticipate guest needs, coordinate with front‑desk and other departments, and ensure every detail of the stay meets the highest standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver coffee, tea and other refreshments to guests upon request.
• Prepare arrival notes with guest preferences and share them with the hotel team.
• Coordinate with the front desk to ready VIP rooms, escort early arrivals, and accompany guests to their rooms at check‑in.
• Complete and update Butler flags in internal systems and send pre‑arrival emails.
• Assist Guest Services and Engineering with special requests, including laundry pickup and delivery.
• Report accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to management.
• Maintain a clean, professional uniform and appearance at all times.
• Uphold confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift, carry, push or pull objects up to 25 lb without assistance.
• Capability to stand, sit or walk for extended periods during a shift.
• Clear, professional communication skills.
• Willingness to follow all company policies, procedures and quality standards.
