CAD Pattern Maker – Gerber (Full‑Time)

About the role

BF Sportswear is hiring a CAD Pattern Maker specialized in creating production patterns, size grading, and marker making using Gerber AccuMark. This position is for a professional Pattern Maker, not a Fashion Designer or a manual pattern cutter.

Key responsibilities

• Create and modify garment patterns using Gerber AccuMark.
• Develop patterns in different sizes through accurate size grading.
• Prepare efficient production markers and fabric nesting using Gerber.
• Review measurements, fitting, and pattern accuracy.
• Adjust patterns based on sample and fitting feedback.
• Coordinate with sampling, cutting, and production teams.
• Minimize fabric consumption, pattern errors, and production rework.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience as a Pattern Maker.
• Strong practical experience with Gerber AccuMark is mandatory.
• Ability to create patterns, size grading, and production markers on Gerber.
• Good knowledge of garment measurements, fitting, and construction.
• Experience in sportswear or ready‑made garments is preferred.
• Accuracy, attention to detail, and technical problem‑solving skills.
• Residents of Obour City or nearby areas are preferred.
