Call Center Agent – Customer Service

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Call Center Agent to manage customer inquiries and complaints via phone and other channels. The role involves delivering accurate information about our water services, pricing, promotions, and after‑sales support while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, addressing inquiries and complaints.
• Provide precise details on products, services, pricing, and promotions.
• Resolve issues efficiently and coordinate with relevant departments when needed.
• Maintain and update customer records, ensuring timely follow‑up.
• Prepare daily reports and analyse feedback, FAQs, and service performance.
• Support the creation of customer surveys and contribute to service‑improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance satisfaction and meet service objectives.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, support, or call‑center operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Good analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
