About the role
Join Talaat Moustafa Group as a Call Center Agent, providing support to clients interested in the company’s real‑estate offerings in New Capital, Cairo.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat and provide accurate information about properties, services, policies, and procedures.
- Assist customers throughout the purchasing or leasing process, including scheduling property viewings and following up to ensure satisfaction.
- Document interactions in the CRM system and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with sales agents and other team members to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of listings, services and real‑estate market trends.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of experience in customer service, call centre or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication, active listening and ability to handle high call volumes.
- Organised, multitasking and problem‑solving orientation with a positive attitude.
Required skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Experience using call‑center software.
