Call Center Customer Service Representative

About the role

Concentrix is seeking a full‑time Customer Service Advisor to join its call‑center team in Smart Village, 6th of October City. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them with product and service inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
• Resolve complaints and troubleshoot problems efficiently.
• Assist customers with account‑related questions and updates.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow‑up actions.
• Collaborate with team members to meet service level targets.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Problem‑solving mindset with a customer‑focused approach.
• Ability to work in an on‑site, team‑oriented environment.
• Fluent written and spoken English (minimum B2 level); additional languages are a plus.
• Graduates and dropouts alike are welcome; prior customer‑service experience is advantageous.
• Egyptian nationality and immediate availability.
