Call Center Pharmacist – Full‑time (Nasr City)

About the role

El Ezaby Pharmacy is seeking a full‑time Call Center Pharmacist to work on‑site in Nasr City. You will provide professional pharmaceutical advice to customers over the phone, handling medication questions, dosage instructions, side‑effects, and drug‑interaction concerns.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and deliver clear, empathetic medication counseling.
• Review and verify prescriptions communicated by callers.
• Document each interaction in the internal system and follow up on open cases.
• Coordinate with pharmacy branches, warehouses and delivery teams to resolve issues and ensure timely service.
• Handle customer complaints, escalate complex medical cases when necessary, and support health‑awareness campaigns.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, quality standards and local health regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy and a valid Egyptian pharmacy license (or eligibility for licensing).
• Strong verbal communication and customer‑service skills in Arabic and good English.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, manage multiple calls and prioritize tasks while maintaining accuracy.
• Commitment to ethical practice, patient confidentiality and regulatory compliance.
• Previous experience in a call‑center or retail pharmacy setting is an advantage.
