About the role
Terra Solutions is looking for a motivated Call Center Representative to join its on‑site team in 10th of Ramadan. In this full‑time position you will be the first point of contact for our clients’ customers, handling both inbound and outbound calls while delivering a high standard of service.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and initiate outbound calls to address customer inquiries.
- Resolve issues promptly and accurately, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Document interactions and update internal systems with relevant information.
- Maintain professionalism and composure while managing a high volume of calls.
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve service quality.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
- Previous experience in a customer service or call‑center environment is advantageous.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle a high call volume.
- Problem‑solving mindset with a focus on customer needs.
Required skills
- Proficiency in basic computer operations and navigation of standard office software.
