About the role
Real Mark Egypt is a leading real‑estate consulting firm seeking a Call Center Representative to join its client‑facing team in Heliopolis, Cairo. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, providing accurate information about the company’s real‑estate projects, and supporting potential and existing clients.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential and existing clients.
- Provide accurate information about the company’s real‑estate projects.
- Understand client needs, respond to inquiries professionally, and generate qualified leads.
- Record and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Maintain professional communication and follow‑up with prospects.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 1–2 years of experience in a call centre or tele‑sales environment.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Good command of English.
- Preferably resident in Heliopolis.
Required skills
- Computer skills.
- Experience with CRM systems.
