About the role
We are looking for a compassionate Case Manager to oversee funeral service cases from initiation to completion. The role requires leading on‑site operations, coordinating with families and service providers, and ensuring every service is delivered with dignity and precision.
Key responsibilities
- Organise and manage all case details from start to finish.
- Lead and supervise funeral service operations on‑site.
- Coordinate internal teams and external service providers.
- Communicate professionally with families and provide continuous support.
- Monitor execution, handling urgent or unexpected situations.
- Ensure services are delivered smoothly, respectfully, and on time.
- Maintain accurate case tracking, documentation, and operational follow‑up.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree with 2–3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High ability to organise tasks and work under pressure.
- Detail‑oriented with a structured, disciplined mindset.
- Professional, empathetic, and compassionate when dealing with families.
- Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
