About the role

Unilever is looking for a Cash Performance Management Lead to oversee daily cash flow and liquidity for the NALI business unit in Egypt. You will be responsible for forecasting cash needs, monitoring cash movements, and ensuring smooth financial operations across the organization.

Key responsibilities

Manage and track cash flow through actual cash analysis, identify gaps and propose solutions.
Prepare cash forecasts and align them with key stakeholders for implementation.
Lead monthly governance forums for inventory and debtor management, ensuring follow‑up on outcomes.
Represent NALI in global cash forums and collaborate with sales and supply‑chain teams to meet cash targets.
Maintain close control of cash landing and partner with internal teams to drive performance.

Required profile

Minimum 4 years of experience in cash flow management, preferably within FMCG.
Strong communication and presentation abilities.
Proven stakeholder management and ownership mindset.
High attention to detail with a solid business perspective.

Required skills

Advanced Microsoft Excel
SAP knowledge
