Cash & Trade Sales Manager / Senior Manager

About the role

The Bank is seeking a senior professional to drive revenue through the sale of Cash Management and Trade Finance solutions to corporate clients. You will be responsible for expanding the bank’s corporate portfolio, deepening existing relationships, and ensuring compliance with Sharia, legal and risk policies.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve annual sales targets for cash management and trade finance products.
• Segment clients based on growth potential and develop priority‑client plans.
• Plan and execute sales calls, capture detailed reports, and maintain up‑to‑date cash maps.
• Identify client pain points and propose tailored solutions that meet their objectives.
• Expand the corporate client base and consistently meet liability and profitability targets.
• Analyse the competitive landscape, define product strategy, and work with the propositions team on new offerings.
• Lead product enhancement projects, ensuring compliance with Sharia, legal and risk requirements.
• Maintain the sales pipeline tool, stakeholder plans, and monitor service level agreements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in selling cash management and trade finance solutions to corporate clients.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales and profitability targets.
• Ability to analyse market trends, develop product road‑maps and manage cross‑functional projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of Sharia, compliance, legal and risk frameworks within banking.
