About the role

The Cashier supports the finance function by accurately processing, recording, and reporting financial transactions in line with company policies. This role combines routine sales support with basic customer service and data management responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

  • Run routine aged debtor reports to support credit control and collections.
  • Organise own schedule, coordinate with support services and assign short‑term tasks.
  • Deliver routine sales support services.
  • Respond to basic customer issues and escalate appropriately.
  • Use data management systems to access specific information.
  • Carry out standard customer service activities and handle simple enquiries.

Required profile

  • Vocational or Technical Diploma in a relevant field (automotive, mechanical, or related).
  • 0 to 2 years of experience in a similar or supporting role.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to follow financial policies and controls.
