About the role
We are seeking a friendly and energetic Cashier to join our toy store in New Cairo. You will be the first point of contact for families, helping them find the perfect toys while delivering an exceptional shopping experience.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting age‑appropriate toys.
- Provide product knowledge, recommend complementary items, and upsell when appropriate.
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Restock shelves, receive and label new inventory, and ensure attractive product displays.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and participate in promotions and seasonal events.
- Share customer feedback with management to improve product selection and service.
Required profile
- Previous retail or sales experience preferred, especially with toys, stationery, or children’s products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage with children and parents in a fun, patient manner.
- Enthusiastic, outgoing, and passionate about play.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
