Category Manager – Dairy & Juice

About the role

The Category Manager – Dairy & Juice will lead the development and execution of category strategies to boost sales, profitability and market share for MNT Halan’s dairy and juice portfolio. You will work closely with suppliers, merchandising teams and commercial partners to ensure the right product mix, pricing and promotions are delivered to meet customer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement growth strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
• Monitor category performance metrics such as sales, profit, market share and KPIs.
• Analyse customer behavior, market trends and competitor activity to uncover opportunities.
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, rebates, promotional support and trading agreements with suppliers.
• Manage product assortment, including listings, delistings and the full product lifecycle.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns to increase sales and customer engagement.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in Category Management, Buying, Merchandising or related commercial roles.
• Background in FMCG, Retail, E‑Commerce or Grocery sectors.
• Experience managing Dairy, Juice or Fresh Food categories is a strong advantage.
