About the role
We are seeking a diligent CCTV Operator to join our security team at Knoz El Hekma’s Sheraton location in Cairo. The role involves continuous monitoring of surveillance systems across our retail branches to ensure safety, compliance, and swift response to any irregularities.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor CCTV cameras and oversee activities in all retail branches.
- Identify, document, and report any violations or irregularities observed on video feeds.
- Prepare daily surveillance reports and promptly escalate critical issues to management.
- Coordinate closely with branch managers and the central security team to maintain a secure environment.
Required profile
- 2–4 years of hands‑on experience operating CCTV systems.
- Previous experience in the retail sector is essential.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
