Center Quality Assurance Specialist

About the role

The Center Quality Assurance Specialist supports the Center Quality Manager in ensuring that all donor‑center activities comply with internal policies, Egyptian regulations and cGMP standards. The role involves reviewing documentation, equipment performance and sample shipments to maintain high quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct periodic reviews of donor‑center records and equipment quality control data.
• Review equipment incident logs on a regular basis.
• Verify and release sample shipments and inspect incoming supplies.
• Perform periodic employee observations and document findings.
• Assist the Center Quality Manager in enforcing cGMP regulations and SOP adherence.
• Help edit and update SOPs according to regulatory guidelines.
• Review documentation of unsuitable test results and manage disposition of affected units.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a health‑related science.
• Knowledge of quality management principles and cGMP requirements.
• Strong integrity, attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to communicate findings and suggestions to the Quality Manager.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Arabic.
