About the role
Kemet Corporation is seeking a highly organized and proactive CEO Assistant to support the executive office. You will work closely with the CEO, handling a fast‑paced environment that demands excellent communication and discretion.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and executive correspondence.
- Facilitate communication between departments and external stakeholders.
- Support strategic projects and monitor follow‑up on priorities.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Required profile
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or CEO Assistant.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities efficiently.
Required skills
- Microsoft Office Suite.
- Microsoft Word.
- Excel.
