About the role

Kemet Corporation is seeking a highly organized and proactive CEO Assistant to support the executive office. You will work closely with the CEO, handling a fast‑paced environment that demands excellent communication and discretion.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and executive correspondence.
  • Facilitate communication between departments and external stakeholders.
  • Support strategic projects and monitor follow‑up on priorities.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Required profile

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or CEO Assistant.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities efficiently.

  • Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Microsoft Word.
  • Excel.
