About the role
The Change Management Manager will lead the analysis and redesign of complex, cross‑functional processes to boost efficiency, enhance customer experience, and ensure compliance. You will work closely with business units, IT, and other stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into actionable roadmaps.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct current‑state analysis of multi‑departmental processes using analytical techniques.
- Design future‑state process models that optimize performance and compliance.
- Perform gap analysis, quantify benefits, and identify improvement opportunities.
- Develop detailed implementation roadmaps, transition plans, and SLA frameworks for re‑engineered processes.
- Define KPIs and performance metrics aligned with business outcomes, establish baselines, and set targets.
- Create monitoring dashboards and reporting mechanisms.
- Lead medium to large‑scale process re‑engineering projects from inception to delivery.
- Coordinate implementation activities with business units, IT, and other stakeholders.
Required profile
- 5‑7 years of experience in business process improvement, re‑engineering, or management consulting.
- Preferred Business Analysis certification (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt or CBAF/P).
Required skills
- Lean Six Sigma methodology (Yellow or Green Belt).
