About the role

The Rixos Premium Seagate hotel is seeking a motivated Chef de Partie to join its all‑inclusive kitchen team. You will be responsible for preparing and presenting a wide range of dishes for the daily buffet while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare all foods according to HACCP guidelines and maintain correct temperatures.
• Follow strict personal hygiene protocols, including hand disinfection, proper footwear, and hair control.
• Produce dishes for the assigned kitchen section, ensuring consistency with daily menu specifications.
• Manage portion sizes, store ingredients correctly, and keep the work station orderly.
• Assist in designing and decorating buffet displays to enhance visual appeal.
• Report material needs to the supervisor for next‑day stock planning.
• Maintain clean and organized storage areas for the section.
• Support the Steward Supervisor in upholding kitchen cleaning and hygiene standards.

Required profile

• Adherence to strict hygiene and personal appearance standards (short, well‑kept hair; no moustache or beard for men).
• Ability to work under the direction of the kitchen supervisor and collaborate with other sections.
• Attention to detail in food preparation, portion control, and presentation.
