Civil Estimation Manager

About the role

Mac Construction is seeking a Civil Estimation Manager to join its on‑site team in Heliopolis. You will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and budgets for urban infrastructure projects, ensuring that all financial assumptions align with project goals and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze project requirements and develop detailed cost estimates for stormwater and other infrastructure works.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to assess project feasibility and budget implications.
• Manage the full estimation process, from data collection to final budget approval.
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and company policies.
• Lead cross‑functional teams and conduct site inspections to validate costs and timelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project management, budgeting, and timeline control.
• Background in stormwater management and related construction methodologies.
• Strong leadership abilities to direct multidisciplinary teams.
• Expertise in construction inspection and standards adherence.
• Solid knowledge of infrastructure planning and development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Professional certification in Project Management or Estimation is a plus.
• Experience with urban planning or large‑scale infrastructure projects is advantageous.
