Civil Site Engineer

About the role

The Civil Site Engineer will supervise daily construction activities, ensuring that projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget while meeting all design and quality standards. You will act as the main point of contact on‑site, coordinating with subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily site work and verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Monitor progress, identify potential delays, and propose corrective actions.
• Ensure all activities adhere to health, safety, and quality regulations.
• Inspect completed work, report non‑conformities, and coordinate inspections with consultants or clients.
• Review construction drawings, resolve technical issues with the design team, and manage material deliveries.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and maintain accurate site records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 1–3 years of experience in construction site engineering, preferably in residential, commercial, or industrial projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and engineering standards.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
• Willingness to travel between sites and possession of a private car; a valid driving licence is preferred.
