Claims Manager

About the role

The Claims Manager will lead MedNet Egypt’s data entry and claims processing operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services to medical providers and insurers. This role is pivotal for meeting turnaround‑time targets, supporting revenue goals, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise and control the end‑to‑end claims processing workflow for provider networks and insured members.
• Set individual objectives, monitor performance, provide coaching and on‑the‑job training to maximise team productivity.
• Prepare and manage the department budget, identify performance gaps and implement improvement initiatives.
• Supervise the preparation of accurate claims reports and conduct spot‑checks to ensure data quality.
• Collaborate with the IT department to monitor system efficiency, request enhancements and ensure automation compliance.
• Maintain effective communication with internal departments and act as the primary contact for insurance providers.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in claims processing or related healthcare operations.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team, manage budgets and drive performance improvements.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on reducing cycle time and enhancing service quality.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
