Cleaning Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Cleaning Supervisor to lead our on‑site cleaning team at our manufacturing facility in 10th of Ramadan City. You will ensure that all production and support areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and organization.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and coordinate daily cleaning activities across the plant.
• Supervise and motivate cleaning staff, handling shift assignments and performance issues.
• Conduct regular inspections of work areas to verify compliance with health, safety and cleanliness standards.
• Manage inventory and efficient use of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Address employee concerns and liaise with other departments to support operational needs.

Required profile

• Proven supervisory or team‑lead experience, preferably in a cleaning or facilities environment.
• Strong knowledge of commercial cleaning practices and techniques.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations applicable to cleaning operations.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with staff and stakeholders.
