Client Application Processing Agent

About the role

The Client Application Processing Agent (CAP Agent) ensures that student applications are processed accurately, on time, and in full compliance with partner university requirements. This role supports students throughout the application journey, from document verification to final outcome communication.

Key responsibilities

• Review and verify student applications and supporting documents.
• Submit complete applications to partner institutions and track their progress.
• Follow up with universities to obtain status updates and resolve any issues.
• Manage a portfolio of assigned applications, ensuring submissions meet SLA targets.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and communicate status to students.
• Escalate complex cases and perform quality checks on files.
• Ensure university compliance and resolve discrepancies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• 1–3 years of experience in admissions, application processing, or international education.
• Knowledge of university admissions processes, compliance standards, document verification, and CRM usage.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, problem‑solving, and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple applications, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
