About the role

Proven is seeking a Client Engagement Specialist to join its CRM team. The role serves as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are addressed promptly and efficiently while supporting internal departments.

Key responsibilities

  • Act as first point of contact for clients, especially for urgent visa‑related support.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver timely services and attend client meetings to strengthen relationships.
  • Execute account‑management tasks, forecast metrics, and identify risks for escalation.
  • Develop leads, assist in proposal preparation, and conduct win‑loss analysis.
  • Report regularly to the line manager, support KPI development, and provide supervisory assistance to sales and CRM team members.
  • Manage monthly payroll processes, maintain client trackers, and generate payslips.
  • Track employee residency and visa status, maintain documentation, and liaise with embassies and authorized agencies.

Required profile

  • Professional experience in client‑facing or account‑management roles.
  • Strong communication skills to convey client needs to internal teams.
  • Ability to coordinate cross‑functional activities and meet deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset for forecasting metrics and identifying business risks.
  • Experience handling payroll documentation and visa‑related processes.
