Client Experience Agent (Pharmacy Graduate)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Client Experience Agent to join our team and support our pharmacy‑related products and services. This role is ideal for recent pharmacy or biotechnology graduates who enjoy interacting with customers and contributing to a positive client journey.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs and build trust.
• Address and resolve client inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Collect and analyse client feedback to drive service improvements.
• Maintain thorough product knowledge to advise customers effectively.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to integrate client insights.
• Present and sell products and services, meeting sales targets.
• Manage inventory, track goods, and coordinate product orders.
• Perform accurate data entry for inventory and customer interactions.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of professional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or an equivalent field.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Customer‑service orientation and ability to multitask.
