About the role
We are looking for a Client Relations Representative to act as the main point of contact between our customers, the development team and TAQA. The role involves managing invoicing, handling client inquiries and complaints, and providing data‑driven insights to support business decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Issue client invoices and record transactions in the SAP system.
- Negotiate and finalize deals with clients.
- Respond to operational and maintenance complaints, ensuring timely resolution.
- Monitor client consumption and prepare regular analysis reports covering client numbers, complaints, maintenance activities and financial metrics.
- Serve as the focal point between developers and TAQA, delivering reports on new and disconnected clients.
- Verify that all required documentation for meter installation is completed by clients.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) required.
- 0‑2 years of experience in client‑facing roles.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with diverse cultures and personalities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in SAP for transaction entry and invoicing.
